What are Leaf Points?

Leaf points are a currency earned by doing various things within the group such as joining, creating cats, making pictures, joining contests, etc. that can be used for various rewards.

Create a journal to update your number of leaf points!
There is now a new point system for any writing pieces and more points added for art! Some things have been removed and changed!

After the initial(first) counting(since that would be CRAZY for the older members. Using the honor system here) you must provide proof for every update (as in linking to each thing) excluding joining.

FAQ

Q. When it says participating in event or gathering, does it mean for each cat or is it just if you participated in whatever thing?
A. This is not on a cat by cat basis : You get the points if you participate.
You do NOT get that number of points for every cat you
have that participates.

Q. Are adoptables considered clan art?
A. No. They are for your own gain, though they do increase the
number of cats in the group.

Q. Is adopting kits the same as having kits?
A. Yes, in the regard of Leaf Points.

Q. Is posting a roleplay you did by yourself considered a full roleplay?
A. No. It must involve at least one other user.
It can be in a journal OR an art description.

Q. Does having your loner join the claws
count as making a cat for them?
A. Yes.

Q. When buying something that involves two users,
can you split the price?
A. No. One user will pay.

Is adopting or having kits considered making a new cat, and would it have to be payed for if it were the 11+ cat(s)?
A. No, you don't have to pay for cat or kitten adoptions.

I used my points to make an African Serval, can he/she be a wild cat as a clan/loner/rogue/tribe cat?
A. No, you may not. Servals only exist here because they are strictly kittypets and kept in large caged enclosures in certian twoleg dens. But, you may have kittens with a feral cat which would produce a WildXDomestic hybrid and these hybrids can certianly become a wild cat in a clan, tribe, or as rogue or loner.

I just bought a Lynx/bobcatXDomestic Cat hybrid from the Leaf Points Shop, can he/she be a wild cat?
A. This one we are far more flexible with, though these two hybrids are rare they are a tiny bit more common and do happen. You can certianly make this hybrid be part of any clan or the tribe, be a loner or rogue, or even a kittypet. But, keep in mind they will grow to be much bigger then regular domestic cats.

What's Filial System?
A. The "Filial System" as cat breeders call it is used for certian DomesticXWild hybrids, such as the ServalXDomestic hybrid known as the Savannah. Cats that use this system will always stay purebred, no matter what domestic cat is bred with the hybrid.The "F" or "Filial" rating is used to measure number of generations away from the parents. This system also measures the amounts of "Wild Genes" in the breed:
F1: 50%(First Generation)
F2: 25%(Second Generation)
F3: 15%(Third Generation)
F4: 10%(Fourth Generation)
F5+: 0% Wild(Fifth and up Generations)

Why the new point system?
A. Because there has been some complaints from some admins as well as some other members that the points for art was highly unfair, especially if someone were to put more effort into their art than someone making a quick sketch.

How do I apply the new system?
A. You add it to your leaf journal to your NEW AND RECENT ART/WRITING to your recent updated journal.
